We really hope you are delighted with your pet feeder. However, if for some reason your Feed and Go is defective and you need to return an item, we’ve made it easy for you.
Returns process for defective units:
If you wish to return a defective product (very unlikely) purchased from Feed and Go, then this is very easy to do. You are covered for a period of 12 months from when you purchased your Feed and Go by your warranty. Depending on the fault or defect, we will either repair or replace your Feed and Go. Please follow the steps further down this page and we will be happy to help you:
Returns policy for non-defective units:
If you wish to return a Feed and Go for any other reason except for a fault, for example you just change your mind, then you can return your Feed and Go to us, which must be done within 14 days of purchase. Except in the event of a fault with your Feed and Go, we charge a restocking fee of 20%, which covers the shipping cost we spend on sending your Feed and Go to you and the testing/repackaging of your feeder. We can only accept feeders back that have not been used or registered on our customer portal. If you have registered your Feed and Go on our portal or used it at all then we will not be able to accept it back.
Please remember that it can sometimes take a couple of days for your pet to get used to the sound of the motor turning on your Feed and Go. Before long though, they will associate this with the best part of the day (other than seeing you though) – feeding time!!
To return your Feed and Go please follow these steps to return items by mail:
1. Contact us to notify us you would like to return a product. We will give you the address for you to return your Feed and Go to.
2. Pack your Feed and Go and all accessories in the original Feed and Go box with all the packaging. Please ensure your Feed and Go is packed as it was when it arrived in order that it doesn’t get damaged during transit.
3. Print out the email of the order confirmation that you were sent at time of purchase and include this in the box to be returned.
4. When you ship your Feed and Go, we advise you send via either FedEx or UPS. We also recommend you get your package insured for the amount you paid for your Feed and Go.
What happens next?:
In the event that your item is defective or has a fault then we will immediately fix or replace your Feed and Go and return it to you asap. We realized that it’s important your pet gets fed!
If you are returning a non defective feeder then we will inspect it for any signs of use and will check to make sure it’s not been registered. So long as it’s in the same condition as it was when it arrived with you then we will get you refunded to the card you used when you purchased. Any refund due will be made within 48 hours of when your Feed and Go arrives back with us.
