If you’re having an issue connecting to your router, then please have the make and model of your router to hand so that we can do some troubleshooting of your router. 99.99% of the time a connection issue will be due to a security setting on your router. We may need you to login to your router in order to amend the security settings (don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it) but please have the user name and password to your router handy so that if we need you to login then you’ll be able to do so. Please do read our FAQ’s section on FeedandGo.com in order to check you’re following our tips on connecting to your router.

Our contact hours are 9am – 5pm M-F and 10am – 4pm Sat (Pacific Time). We usually respond within 2 hours, and we will always try and answer you asap.
